Counselling Placement Officer

This exciting role will be key in supporting the team, employers and learners within the provision. A typical day will include liaising with students, auditing paperwork, contacting placements to add to database, onboarding a new placement, dealing with any queries. Experience of working with Microsoft packages is essential; especially Excel.

Further responsibilities of the role include:

• To manage the existing database of Counselling Level 4 Diploma placements and supervisors and keeping contact details up to date

• Establish links with local relevant employers and increasing the number of placements we have

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate’s current salary, experience or qualifications.
