We support prestigious customers in the Marine, Naval, Rail and Utility sectors. What are we looking for? * We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Panel Wirers to join our Production Team in Nottingham. Job Benefits we offer * Early finishing on Fridays * Pension * Professional Development Training Opportunities * Up to 25 days paid holiday * Bonus Scheme * Annual Christmas shut down Day to Day Tasks for Panel Wirers * Prepare wires for fitting into Control and Relay Panels, cutting crimping’ * Follow wiring schematics and Label up the panel wires. * Wire Panels on production line * help fellow Panel Wirers by peer to per checking prior to Routine testing * You will form an integral part of the Production Team at EPS (UK), working alongside other experienced MV switchboard wirers, fitters, and fabricators. Minimum Skills for the Panel Wirer A successful candidate must have : * A minimum of 2 years in the Panel Wiring Industry * A strong understanding of Schematic drawings and G/A drawings and identify components. * Be able to use wire strippers and crimping tools * able to carry out wiring of control and relay panels to a high standard. * Must have a right to work permanently in the UK A successful candidate will also benefit from the following attributes * able to effectively communicate using both verbal and written communication. * able to organise and prioritise work effectively. * able to take instructions with positivity and a can-do attitude. * the ability to encourage others, demonstrate energy and drive to grow with the company. * pride in good housekeeping and organisation. * willing to support a culture of continuous improvement, identify best practices and share knowledge and skills with other members of the Production Team. * capable of communicating potential issues and providing solutions / rationalising corrective actions / procedures. * willing to work overtime (at overtime rates) if required to ensure projects are delivered on time. * Located within commuting distance of our Nottingham factory
