You will work closely with the team to understand the company objectives and deliver a creative execution around those needs and requirements.Responsibilities:ProductTrend Reports – forecast new trends in product design, marketing design etc.Product Concept & Ideation in collaborationCreate custom patterns and prints where needed for application to productComplete Formal Product Designs/briefs to brief suppliers on physical product as well as primary and secondary packaging (design only)Create Print Ready Artwork Files incl. all finishes, final copy (from the copywriter), packaging complianceConsult with manufacture on print spec, finishes etcIf required, attend print runs to approve colours on the lineGenerate implement barcodes on packagingExpert in packaging compliance and regulations – keep up to date with recent regulation and ensure its all implemented on packDesign Instruction Manuals and any additional collateral needed alongside product/packagingSocialInstagram Story assets for promotions & product education, and other social assets (memes etc)PR inserts and other PR collateralEvent Collateral (including stands, print outs, merch, clothing)Collaborate with Marketing Director on creative direction for campaigns and photoshootsIn-StoreFSDU & Fixture designsFinal print ready files for aboveWebMonthly email designsMonthly Banner DesignsAll other assets required for website (including 3rd party websites such as http://boots.com and amazon)PDP assets for website (including 3rd party websites such as Boots and amazon)Manage ecomm product photography & lifestyle photography (incl retouch) for PDP assetsPIM upload for Boots and likewise systems for all 3rd party retailersBrand Page designs for retailersBrand GuidelinesCreate full brand guidelines documentOwn and ensure that brand guidelines are executed across all channelsPresentation temples & email signaturesOwn & be responsible for all asset management, include organisation of the shared brand asset drive, being the port of call for all asset requestsSkills & Experience Required:You will have the ability to be work in a small team with self sufficiency skills to drive and innovate, whilst engaging stake holders, including the management and the founder.You will have excellent communication, relationship building, time management, project planning and monitoring skills and be able to support in these areas. Attention to detail is critical within the role as you will be creating content representing the Brand for use on the website, social medial platforms and within individual launches and projects.You will always seek ways to improve your own and company performance. You will work flexibly, such as attendance at shoots & stakeholder meetings, this is not unusual for this role and is expected when required to meet with project and Company needs. You will be enthusiastic with, motivate and support team members at all times.A desire to produce and deliver high quality work is essential as is a positive, responsible attitude. The work will be challenging and an ability to think around problems to achieve a successful conclusion on time is essential in day to day operations.
