LONDON - 4 Days in office
Lead a growing team of AI Scientists working on high-impact, AI driven machine learning models to drive innovation in the BioTech space - specifically around drug discovery and RNA sequencing.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Working closely within a small team, to design and build models across LLMs, NLP and Computer Vision.
- Working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating insights and reports on key findings.
- Driving the latest innovative research in AI, building and deploying core projects onto their AI driven platforms.
- MSc or PhD in STEM/AI related subject.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and DevOps & CI/CD.
- Experience in Computer Vision/LLMs/NLP is required.
- Background in HealthTech, BioTech, PharmaTech is a large benefit but otherwise any tech company working on the projects above.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders.
- Research/Academic background is a big bonus too.
- Strong experience with (or the desire to) lead a team.
