Mechanical Construction Manager

MEP Contracting (Building Services)

Central London & Buckinghamshire

Permanent or Freelance (CIS)

A well-established M&E contractor with a £70M turnover, delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical services across the commercial, residential, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors, is seeking experienced Mechanical Construction Managers to support ongoing and upcoming projects in London and High Wycombe.

They currently have a £12m Education project in High Wycombe, which has around 10 months remaining and they have a £7m, commercial project in Marylebone, which is currently at pre-construction stage and will be managed from their HQ in London Kings Cross.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading the mechanical delivery across major projects, ensuring quality, programme, and budget control from pre-construction through to handover. This role involves managing site teams, coordinating with main contractors and consultants, and overseeing all mechanical systems including HVAC, pipework, ductwork, and plant installations.
