ABOUT HASSL
HASSL is a global movement tackling the root causes of female harassment. No more blaming women. No more outdated “safety tips.” We’re here to fix the system, not force women to adapt to it.
I founded HASSL just a few months ago—on my own, with no funding—and in that time, it’s grown into a community of hundreds of thousands. Now, things are moving fast, and I need someone to help keep everything running behind the scenes.
This is a rare opportunity to be in from the start, working directly alongside me, learning first-hand how to grow a culture-shifting, purpose-driven organisation, and playing a key role in shaping what’s next.
THE ROLE
I’m looking for a hyper-organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive & Admin Assistant to support me and ensure HASSL runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup where no two days will look the same. If you love variety, want to learn the ins and outs of scaling a social impact brand, and are excited by the idea of being in at the ground level—this is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
💡 Executive Support:
- Managing the founder’s schedule, inbox, and meetings—keeping everything running smoothly.
- Handling day-to-day admin, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Liaising with external stakeholders, brand partners, and potential collaborators.
📢 Community & Ambassador Support:
- Assisting with the HASSL Ambassador Community—engaging members, answering queries, and supporting initiatives.
- Helping plan and organise ambassador calls, workshops, and events.
📌 Operations & Admin:
- Organising internal documents, systems, and communications (Google Drive, Notion, Slack, etc.).
- Tracking expenses, invoices, and basic finance admin.
🎯 Project Involvement:
- Jumping into various HASSL projects and initiatives – from our education programs to our awareness raising merch.
- Support with campaign logistics, advocacy efforts, and scaling our initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE
✅ Super organised—you thrive on keeping things structured and efficient.
✅ A multitasker—juggling different responsibilities without missing a beat.
✅ A problem-solver—you take initiative and get things done.
✅ A strong communicator—both written and verbal.
✅ Passionate about women’s rights and tackling gender inequality.
✅ Tech-savvy—comfortable with (or eager to learn) Notion, Trello, Slack, and Shopify.
✅ Detail-oriented—you notice the small things that make a big difference.
✅ London-based—remote initially, moving to a hybrid setup.
✅ Empathetic & emotionally intelligent—you understand the importance of working with survivors and activists.
DESIRABLE (but not essential!)
- A degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in admin, PA, community management, or event planning.
- Previous work in startups, non-profits, or fast-paced environments.
- Experience in advocacy, particularly in women's rights, with a proven commitment to driving change.
- Existing HASSL Ambassador – Already part of the movement and ready to take on a bigger role.
WHY JOIN HASSL?
🌍 Be part of a global movement making real change.
📈 Work in a fast-growing, impact-driven organisation.
💡 Variety, flexibility, and room to grow in your role.
🤝 Work directly with the founder and shape HASSL’s future.
