We seek passionate individuals who bring diverse perspectives and expertise. If you have a knack for organisation, problem-solving, and effective communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the UK on the global study team, acting as a key liaison.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sites and oversee recruitment in your country.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the local study team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
  • Collaborate with local Medical Affairs colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work with relevant country PDG colleagues for timely feasibility, start-up, and site payments.
  • Maintain quality and compliance while driving study timelines, budget, and risk management.
  • Partner with PDG colleagues to address questions and audits from IRB, Health Authorities, and Ethics Committees.

Who You Are:

You are a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to enhancing clinical trial delivery. Your values align with ours:

  • Customer-Centricity: You prioritise patient and site needs, fostering a culture of helpfulness and innovation.
  • Growth Mindset: You embrace learning and encourage others to do the same, welcoming new experiences and calculated risks.
  • Enterprise View: You consider the greater good, understanding enterprise-level trade-offs and resource implications.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: You advocate for a work environment where everyone can contribute and thrive.

Your ability to inspire and lead diverse teams while embodying our Leadership Framework principles - Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC) - is essential.
