A Service Advisor is required to be the bridge between the Client’s valued customers and their skilled technicians. The Client is looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to ensure their customers\’ vehicle maintenance experiences are seamless and exceptional.
The successful candidate should demonstrate outstanding levels of customer service and administrative skills, ideally having a strong technical background in the motor industry. Applicants must have a flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate is to help bridge the gap between technical jargon and simple terms, ensuring customers fully understand necessary repairs and services. Collaborating with skilled technicians, they will play a vital part in helping them to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
With a keen eye on workflow, manage appointments and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and vehicle performance. Whether it\’s suggesting preventative maintenance or offering the latest automotive technologies, recommendations are delivered with expertise.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 6pm; Saturday mornings on a rota basis – 8.30am – 12.30pm
