Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Skin Specialist. The ideal candidate will be qualified to at least Level 4 as an aesthetic practitioner or senior therapist, passionate about skincare, results-focused, and dedicated to providing an exceptional patient/client experience. You will play a crucial role in performing expert-led treatments, educating patients/clients' on skincare routines, and driving retail sales through personalised recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Treatment & Client Care
Perform all Lisa Franklin treatment protocols with precision and expertise, ensuring exceptional standards in every client session.
Deliver advanced skin treatments (such as radiofrequency, microneedling, IPL and laser-based modalities) in line with clinic protocols.
Conduct in-depth skin consultations, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and achieving visible, long-term transformations.
Maintain meticulous client records, tracking treatment progress and homecare to ensure optimal results.
Provide aftercare guidance, educating clients on best practices to enhance their skincare results.
Retail & Upselling
Actively recommend and upsell skincare products based on patient/clients’ concerns and treatment plans.
Confidently educate patients/clients on the benefits of the Lisa Franklin product range, demonstrating expert knowledge of ingredients and their efficacy.
Identify opportunities to introduce new treatments or add-on services to enhance the client experience.
Clinic Operations & Professionalism
Maintain a pristine, luxury-standard treatment environment.
Collaborate with the Front of House team to optimise scheduling, follow-ups, and rebooking strategies.
Work closely with senior management to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Industry qualified to at least Level 4 with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in advanced treatments.
Confident in upselling skincare products and treatment plans to drive both patient/client results and clinic performance.
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with a luxury service mindset.
