The Client
My client who are slightly north of Central London specialise in a weird and wonderful area of the property market where they discover homes that time has forgotten.
The owners of these homes can sometimes be hard to track down, so what you would be tasked to do is to find who they are and hand the details over to the sales team.
The office culture is a good laugh, professional, fun and supportive.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to locate and verify property owners\’ contact details using various public and private data sources
- Analyse property records, land registries, and other databases to compile accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights that support targeted outreach
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries to assist in strategic decision-making
Background
- Proven research experience, ideally within the property or real estate sector
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with data sourcing tools, property records, and public databases
