As a Field Collections Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure ongoing client relationships.
As a Field Based Cash Collections Officer, You\’ll be responsible for:
- Visiting client premises to discuss and resolve outstanding debts.
- Making collection calls, negotiating payment plans, and executing warrants when necessary.
- Collecting essential customer data, including meter reads and vulnerability assessments.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
To be successful in this Field Based Cash Collections role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field-based collections.
- Must have worked in payment collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- This role requires delicate negotiation and problem–solving skills; it is a subtle collection approach, arranging payment plans, etc.
- A valid driver\’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- As the FCA regulates the company, there is a rigorous candidate checking process, including adverse credit history checks and a DBS check.
