As a Sales Manager, you’ll own the entire sales cycle and build critical relationships with enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Hunter role but will have SDR support
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas by generating revenue from inbound and outbound leads.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and track sales activities using Salesforce.
- Engage with senior-level decision-makers to drive deals forward.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineering, and other teams to navigate the sales process.
- Utilize sales tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Gong to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Deliver tailored, value-based solutions by understanding customer needs and our unique offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fluent in German (additional European languages are a plus).
- At least 3 years of experience managing consultative sales processes for enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding SaaS sales targets.
- Confident presenter, skilled in engaging key stakeholders.
- Collaborative, customer-focused, and driven to deliver success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising.
