Are you a postgraduate Building Surveyor with 2-3 years of experience looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to work on diverse and exciting projects, from refurbishments and renovations to new builds and Listed Buildings? If so, weβre looking for a Project Building Surveyor to join our team. Ideally you will be based in commuting distance of the Portsmouth office, however please note that this role will require travel around the UK as required (expenses covered) so a full UK driving licence and transport is essential. What Youβll Be Doing: πΉ Conduct site inspections and condition surveys, identifying building defects and solutions. πΉ Assist in preparing construction plans, specifications, and tender documents. πΉ Support the delivery of projects, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards. πΉ Work on planning applications and ensure compliance with Building Regulations. πΉ Collaborate with contractors and site teams to monitor project progress and quality. πΉ Ensure Health & Safety best practices are followed at all times. πΉ Keep accurate project documentation and support collaborative working. What Weβre Looking For: β Degree or HNC/HND in Building Surveying with 2-3 years of experience. β Knowledge of construction, refurbishment, and building regulations. β Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office. β Strong problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills. β A Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
