My client is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights to support business growth., * Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and FRS requirements

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities

Coordinate and manage the annual audit process

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
