MyoMaster – Customer Service Executive

We’re looking for an ambitious, highly personable Customer Service Executive to join us on our journey as we continue to build one of the most exciting brands in the wellness space.

You must be passionate about your own health and fitness and be ready to be of a fast growth start-up. It is intense, scrappy and you will have the opportunity to really be involved in truly building something from the ground up.

We are MyoMaster, the Home of Human Optimisation. We were started by our two founders, Lottie Whyte and Joe Gray, at their kitchen table and we are now one of the fastest growing brands in Britain.

We are a team of driven, fun individuals who create products to help people feel and perform better every day. We have huge ambitions to build a global brand and we are now backed by Google, a host of elite athletes and had a viral appearance on Dragon's Den last year.

The role:

Customer Service is an absolute priority for MyoMaster, and is one of the things that differentiates us from our competitors so this role will be a vital part of the team and we are looking for a candidate who wants to grow and develop as our business does. 

This role is all about building incredible relationships with our customers so they become part of our community.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fast, technical support through our CRM and over the telephone
  • Weekly communication to share customer insights with the rest of the business e.g. marketing, product dev
  • Create positive relationships with all of our customers with the goal of turning them into lifelong fans
  • Manage customer reviews and customer feedback
  • Provide technical expertise and solve issues as quickly as possible

About You:

  • Problem Solver – perfect for someone who thrives on problem solving
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication – to deliver effective online user interactions and internal teams
  • Bias for action – you have a positive bias for action and thrive on speed of delivery
  • Experience with tools – Shopify, Gsuite, Gorgias
  • Customer Service Experience – have worked in a customer facing role previously

Salary:

£24,000 – £27,000

+ Quarterly on target bonus
