Job Description
Medical Team Assistant – Global, Mid-sized pharmaceutical company – Hybrid working
Planet Pharma is currently working with a mid-sized, global pharmaceutical company who is looking for a Medical Team Assistant to join their EMEA medical affairs and medical information team.
As part of this role you will be responsible for supporting the medical director and the wider medical affairs and medical information teams as well as being responsible for the disclosure of Transfer of Values (ToVs) to UK and Irish healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organisations and patient organisations. You will also be responsible for:
- Supporting contract processes for the medical director and the wider medical information team
- Processing payments and attending budget meetings where necessary
- Coordinating all ToV made to UK and Ireland recipients reviewing monthly disclosure transaction reports with UK and EMEA Team Assistants
This is 12 month fixed-term contract so a great opportunity to further your experience in the medical affairs/medical information area.
For this position, our client is looking for experience with:
- medical affairs/medical information team assistance/coordination
- understanding of SOPs and local pharmaceutical codes of practice (ABPI and IPHA)
- ideally previous experience with disclosure/transparency and/or ToVs
