The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Surveyor or Associate to join our expanding Restaurant & Leisure team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting portfolio of high-profile projects across London. The role encompasses both Tenant representation and Landlord leasing, so experience in both service lines is highly desirable.
As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in shaping vibrant destinations through strategic leasing, consultancy, and property advisory services. If you are passionate about placemaking and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the leasing process for existing instructions, including site visits, property marketing, and negotiations with clients and prospective tenants.
- Provide strategic consultancy by sourcing and analysing market data to support informed decision-making.
- Identify and secure prime units for our restaurant and leisure clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and proposals to support client strategies.
- Collaborate with landlords, tenants, architects, and legal professionals to deliver seamless property solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, market best practices, and company policies.
About You
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges is a must.
- MRICS accredited is preferred (although MRICS is not essential) with a minimum of 4 years experience in specialising in retail / leisure / restaurant leasing and tenant representation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver innovative solutions.
