Multiskilled Technician Vacancy  Location: Ilkeston  Salary: Up to £48,753 DOE + OTE up to £55K  Hours: 42.5 p/wk, Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm. Saturdays on rota.  We are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Technician working for our client in the Ilkeston area. Must be able to do MET / Panel / Paint roles. The is an opportunity for a Multiskilled Technician to join our client\’s site based the Ilkeston area. Working in the Ilkeston area your role as a Multi skilled Technician will be to remove, refit or repair components whether it be mechanical, electrical or trim on the vehicle. Assessing work needed on the vehicle as to whether it should be repaired or whether a new part is needed Recognising and documenting an additional work required Flat the surface and apply primer followed by the topcoat of paint followed by the lacquer then polish to a finishMultiskilled Technician Requirements:  You will ideally be qualified to NVQ level 3 or the City and Guilds equivalent, although time served Vehicle painters, SMART Repairers, Preppers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply The client will provide any equipment that is standard to all bodyshops.
