About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plastererto join our repairs and maintenance/planned works team, delivering high-quality internal finishes to homes within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding, rendering, and boarding

Work in both void and occupied properties across the housing stock

Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and finished to a high standard

Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures

Record and report completed works using a PDA or similar system
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or equivalent)

Demonstrable experience in plastering works, ideally within the social housing or domestic repair sector

Full UK driving licence

CSCS desirable
