The Challenge:
We\’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Project Manager to join the Strategy and Operations Team in London.
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions and teams to project manage customer zero initiatives within the Global Marketing Organisation (GMO). You will help coordinate and manage key workstreams, streamline documentation and reporting, and promote best practices across the team. We are seeking a strong communicator with solid experience in global project management and stakeholder coordination.
The Marketing Operations Project Manager will also support Media Operations on the EMEA Growth Marketing Team working closely with our media agencies.

What you’ll do:
Marketing Operations Project Manager (International)
Collaborate closely with core teams across customer zero workstreams to understand and monitor status, progress, and identify potential blockers.
Lead overall project management for GMO International’s customer zero efforts, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and following up on actions.
Manage regular reporting from all workstreams, highlighting project details, blockers, and next steps, and assist in consolidating monthly leadership reports and ad-hoc requests.
Oversee and support the product feedback process for priority workstreams by updating and consolidating information with Corporate and regional teams.
Regularly update presentations, Teams channels, and newsletters while supporting internal communications as relevant.
Media Planning & Operations (EMEA)
Budget management and automation of operations: Assist in the planning and monitoring of the regional media budgets.
Experienced in developing and delivering robust processes and ways of working, managing risks and issues, reporting and evaluating effectiveness
Operational & strategic thinking: Tackling a problem independently and quickly iterate to a solution, and then also document it in a way that\’s easy to understand for wider teams.
Create quarterly purchase orders working closely with finance and media agency.
Work with regional & Corporate media teams & local media agency for reconciliation and reporting of budget spend
Support in quarterly marketing forecasting for upper funnel and mid-funnel media campaigns
Help in coordination of Growth Marketing T&E and the team offsites
Troubleshoot and problem solve ad hoc as needed
What you need to succeed:
5+ years of project management experience; a project management qualification e.g. PRINCE2 would be a benefit.
Educated to university degree level or equivalent in engineering, business, technology or a relevant field
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve processes and practices.
Fast learner with a high attention to detail but able to operate quickly.
Highly organised and autonomous worker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead projects end-to-end.
A growth mindset with strong self-motivation and resilience for proactively tackling challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other EMEA languages are beneficial).
Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Strategy, and Product Teams.
Proven track record with creative and digital marketing technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams & Slack is essential.
