About the Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven National Account Manager to join our team and work with a prestigious, strategic retailer. In this exciting role, you will report to the Commercial Controller and play a key role in commercial strategy and execution, managing data, analysing category performance, and driving strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop strong internal relationships across functions to ensure commercial success. ✅ Manage data analysis and interpretation, providing key insights to support decision-making. ✅ Coordinate and ensure all relevant financial, forecasting, and planning data is collated and reviewed. ✅ Support the principles of category management, providing evaluation, insights, and recommendations. ✅ Ensure all commercial activities are robustly managed and communicated throughout the business. ✅ Oversee the consolidation and distribution of commercial reports linked to key categories or projects. ✅ Support category and project delivery through insight, data, and market analysis. ✅ Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, driving collaboration and continuous improvement. About You 🔹 Experience working with a major retailer (preferably in chilled food or FMCG), with a strong understanding of their systems and processes. 🔹 Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data reporting. 🔹 Strong commercial acumen, able to translate data into meaningful insights and strategies. 🔹 Resilient, results-focused, and adaptable—comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 🔹 A natural relationship builder, skilled in cross-functional collaboration. 🔹 Passionate about category management and driving continuous improvement
