This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile projects that help clients achieve ambitious environmental goals while making a measurable, real-world impact.You’ll bring both technical expertise and strong project management skills—building trusted client relationships, guiding design teams, and mentoring colleagues to grow their capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Lead day-to-day project management of client assignmentsUndertake detailed carbon modelling and spearhead the development of this disciplineRun workshops and technical meetings with design teamsPrepare fee proposals and costings for large, complex schemesAct as the key client contact, ensuring communication on progress, risks and budgetsSupport and mentor colleagues, providing advice, coaching and delegation as appropriateManage your own workload and that of direct reportsContribute to business development activities and client presentationsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a Chartered sustainability professional with expertise in:Detailed knowledge of carbon modelling, ideally using OneClickPlanning-related reporting for whole life carbon and circular economy (e.g. GLA reporting)Embodied carbon and materials knowledge to shape carbon reduction and circular economy strategiesConfident presentation skills to lead workshops with clients and design teamsBroad understanding of industry carbon developments and their link to net zero strategiesKnowledge of the wider sustainability policy landscape and certifications (e.g. BREEAM) desirableWhat\’s on OfferAt my client, you’ll be part of a diverse and inclusive team where your perspective and expertise are valued.
