Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior/Principal/Associate Development Consultant based in Worcestershire. The Development Consultant will be responsible for a range of tasks, including preparing financial viability appraisals/assessments, undertaking development valuations, preparing grant applications, negotiating S106 Agreements, preparing options appraisals and brokering affordable housing provision on behalf of major housebuilders, Registered Providers, local authorities and other developers.
RCA is a relatively small consultancy with a high-profile, so there is an opportunity for the right person to make a real impact in the growth and development of the business and to progress into a senior position.
