Job Description
Our client owns and delivers build projects on a multi-site estate containing a portfolio of building assets. The estate has ongoing construction, development, retrofitting and refurbishment projects to its assets delivered through client-side project management activities.
We are seeking to appoint a Head of Built Environment Projects responsible for delivering concurrent projects, leading a projects team, and working closely with the Director of Estates.
Responsibilities include:
- being a key member of the Estates function contributing toward the overall estates strategy.
- supporting the Director of Estates in planning and managing the ongoing capital spend plan
- leading the capital works programme and its related resources and services to ensure project delivery meets good practice
Candidates would benefit from experience in a blend of supplier and client side roles, capable of managing varied portfolio of projects within a broader estates function.
