A successful design and production studio based in the UK and Spain is looking to hire a Studio Administrator for its London office. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and have previous experience in interior design studios, capable of supporting the team of designers and project managers.
This is a key position within the studio and you will be instrumental in all aspects of running the studio – communication, project operations, recruitment, finance and bookkeeping, processes and housekeeping – generally utilising your all round skills to facilitate a smooth and well-organised studio. This position will act as a support to the Managing Director.
The role requires someone with excellent communication and time management skills, capable of organizing meetings, managing schedules, and prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and reliability. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, and knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign will be highly valued.
The role is office based, and candidates must be London based and have the full right to work and naturally be fluent in English and Spanish.
