Churchill Howard is working in partnership with a FTSE-listed business based in an easily accessible location just outside of Birmingham City Centre. This role offers a clear pathway for career progression. It will suit first-time movers from practice or someone trained in industry with a strong skill set. The individual will be an ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualifiedKey responsibilities:* Engaging financial and non-financial stakeholders – acting as finance business partner* Variance analysis and associated commentary* Delivering the month end reporting* Budgeting and forecasting* Represent finance and provide business / financial advice to senior business stakeholders* Cost analysis and reporting* Continuously improve processes and ensure compliance with procedures The individual:* ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant* Strong academics* Exceptional communication skills; the gravitas and credibility to manage challenging stakeholders* A willingness and ability to understand operational challenges and the commercial acumen to make an impact.This opportunity is an entry point into an organisation with massive career development potential.
