We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Cambridge. They are recruiting for a Knowledge Management Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting knowledge sharing culture
- Working closely with the Knowledge Manager and wider team
- Supporting the upgrade of the knowledge management system
- Supporting the delivery of strategy and helping ensure compliance
- Supporting the anonymisation of documents
- Working with IT trainers to support effective training
- Dealing with knowledge management requests and queries
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with library and information services
- Understanding of Knowledge Management principles
- Keen interest in technology solutions for Knowledge Management
- Experience working with a host of stakeholders
