Machine Shop Manager

Details Working closely with the Production Manager and Planner, take ownership for scheduling work through the cell area of responsibility and provide leadership for the people in that area. Be responsible for monitoring manufacturing performance against agreed SQCDP metrics using best practice. Take responsibility for organising and providing where necessary all required training within their area and take the active lead in monitoring and guiding their team on business performance and information. Main Duties/Responsibilities Will provide leadership, guidance and coaching for cell employees on a day-to-day basis.
