HR Administration Apprentice | Derrylin | 16 Months Fixed Term Contract

Ready to start your career? We are recruiting for an HR Administration Apprentice to join the team.

If you are looking to start your career in a fast-paced & innovative business where every day brings new exciting, rewarding, and sometimes unexpected challenges then this apprenticeship provides you with a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself with an HR environment by developing your skills whilst gaining a CIPD Level 3 qualification.

The Key Requirements

  • A strong academic background – minimum of 5 GCSE's inc English and Maths at Grades A-C
  • A team worker with good organisational and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2.30pm 38.75 hrs per week

Salary: Year 1 £10.00 per hour | Year 2 dependant on age £10.00 per hour (18-20 years old) £12.21 per hour (21 and over).

Additional Payments £250 on completion of apprenticeship programme, £250 on attainment of new permanent role at Encirc & £250 on successfully passing probation.
