System Engineer

We\’re looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team near Northampton, where you\’ll play a key role in delivering high-performance, mission-critical RF systems.This is a hands-on, high-impact position with opportunities to influence the full product lifecycle—from defining system requirements and architecture to performance analysis, integration, and verification.You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, bringing a systems-thinking mindset and technical leadership to complex engineering challenges.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (7+ years preferred)Proven expertise in systems engineering across the full development lifecycleHands-on experience in system architecture, requirements capture, and verificationAbility to lead and contribute to technical delivery and produce high-quality documentationDegree in engineering or equivalent professional experienceMust be a British citizen and/or eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
