Your Responsibilities & Role PurposeWorking as part of the Farm Trading team at Hemswell, you will provide excellent administrative support to the department. Main responsibilities will be: Assisting Farm Traders day to day – answering calls, data/contract entry, sending out sample results, contract amendments, giving prices for grain/seed/fertiliser. Proactively contact farmers to support Farm Trader business. Entering new accounts and making amendments. Maintenance of spreadsheets to determine availability/quality and pricing requirements of forward contracts. To contact prospect customers via telephone to create leads for Farm Traders. Assisting the Farm Trading desk with campaigns providing relevant information is presented in an accurate and timely manner. Assisting with the organisation of farmer events.
