Job Description
The Head of Organisational Design & Effectiveness will consult and partner with the Executive Team to design and optimise of the company’s global operating model, ensuring alignment with business strategy, efficiency, and scalability. This role will drive structural and cultural transformation, enhancing agility, collaboration, and performance across regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Organisational Design: Develop and refine the global operating model, ensuring the right structures, roles, and governance frameworks support business growth and operational excellence.
- Workforce Planning: Align talent strategies with business needs, optimising headcount, spans of control, and workforce capability.
- Process & Performance Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies, enhance ways of working, and embed continuous improvement methodologies.
- Cultural & Change Leadership: Drive transformation initiatives, fostering an agile, high-performance culture across a diverse global workforce.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders to design and implement organisational strategies that drive business performance.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in organisational design, effectiveness, and transformation within a global organisation.
- Strong knowledge of operating model design, workforce planning, and performance optimisation principles.
- Proven ability to drive change, manage complexity, and influence at a senior level in a matrixed organisation.
- Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies is desirable.
