Head of Operations and Marketing, London Medical Startup

This is an opportunity to join a new London-based clinical startup, with true ability to scale. Success in doing so will be rewarded with a performance bonus in Y1 as well as salary growth in line with business growth.
We are three experienced radiologists with 40 years combined experience, launching a new radiology startup. We will be launching the business and our first clinic in Farringdon this year, with the ambition to be in multiple locations by 2026. We are looking for a truly transformative individual to lead our Operations and Marketing in Y1 to launch and grow the business. Market research has shown this business has a true niche, and the ability to rapidly scale.
We’ve built the brand already with an experienced brand agency, including the customer value proposition. The site and website will be finalised before the role is accepted, so we are looking for someone who buys into what we are doing, and can and will help us deliver.
The role will have two key functions:
- OPERATIONS: Operational oversight of the business and clinic
• Day to day running of the business - MARKETING: Launching and growing the business
• Development and execution of Launch Plan
• Development and execution of Marketing plan
• Digital and social comms strategy and execution
• Website management (with 3rd party developer)
• Local outreach strategy and execution
• PR and partnership strategy and execution
• Customer retention strategy and execution
• Brand guardianship
