Legal & Research Intern
Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week
We are a London-based single-family office investing across global markets, venture capital, private equity, and alternative investments. We are looking for a versatile and analytical intern with strong research, administrative, and organizational skills, who can contribute to market research, investment analysis, branding, and legal support.
This is a dynamic role that offers exposure to business operations, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks, making it ideal for individuals with an interest in finance, law, business, and marketing.
 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and database management.
- Assist in research, compliance tracking, and reviewing key documents.
- Review, and organize agreements, contracts, and investment-related reports.
- Support due diligence processes and maintain regulatory compliance records.
- Assist in content creation for LinkedIn and digital platforms to enhance brand presence.
- Support branding, PR, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to ad-hoc research, legal, and administrative projects as needed
Requirements:
