Our client, a Legal 200, Tier 2 private client practice, is seeking a talented Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their prolific team. With a strong record in diversity, inclusion, and career progression, this firm is known for its modern, progressive approach and commitment to nurturing talent.

The Role:

With previous experience of contentious wills, trusts, and probate, the work includes:

• Inheritance disputes
• Breach of trust claims
• IPFDA claims
• Validity and rectification of wills
• Applications to remove executors/trustees

What they are looking for:

• A solicitor/similar with 1-3 years PQE OR an NQ who has completed a solid contentious probate seat.
• Strong litigation skills with a thorough understanding of contentious probate law
• Proactive and efficient with good case management skills
• Able to perform well under pressure, delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communicator with good attention to detail
