HSQE Advisor Role – HybridJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated HSQE Advisor to join our team, focusing on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation while promoting a culture of safety within the organisation. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the company.ResponsibilitiesUndertake pre-commencement site surveys and facilitate early risk identification.Development of Construction Phase PlansConduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.Prepare detailed reports on findings from audits and inspections, highlighting areas for improvement.Conducting stand-down briefingsInvestigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.Accompanying Client Health & Safety toursEncouraging all employees and subcontractors to contribute to developing a safety culture throughout the business and on our sites.Assist teams with reviewing and advising upon workplace risk assessments for business operations and construction operations.RequirementsShall hold a NEBOSH General & ideally a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and/or a relevant Degree in H&S (preferred).Has a driving license.Shall be willing to travel and spend up to 1-2 nights away during the week during busier periods on project delivery.Can be flexible with supporting and undertaking audits for day and night shift projects.The client specailise in Retail projects – Fitouts & refurbs of supermarkets.This is a hybrid role with a good opportunity for remote working.The successful candidate will be looking at around £40k salary + package.Please apply on here or call Sam on
