Responsibilities
- Build engaging, personalised automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, in-app and push
- Build and deploy multi-variant broadcast campaigns aligned with the Loqbox and Nooli marketing calendars
- Build multi-channel communication journeys to best support our members during their lifecycle
- Support the CRM Marketing Manager with the implementation of our customer retention strategy
- Analyse campaign results and customer data to optimise performance
- Review and proofread CRM marketing campaigns
Who we’re looking for
- 1+ years as a CRM Executive or Email Executive or similar
- Proven experience creating high volume email campaigns in CRM/CXP platforms
- A keen eye for detail
- Data driven approach
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire for experimentation
- Excellent communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
