This role will be key in leading change for the business’ customer experience and propositions, helping the business to delivery world-class web experience to it’s customers.Within this role, you will:Oversee product and category management for the websiteSet-up the website taxonomy and search functionsManage and implement content updates including banners, homepages and landing pagesWork closely with commercial teams to ensure all product ranges are available to their customersLead on product recommendations and up-sells for customersAnalyse and report on key metrics for the business including conversion rates, checkout abandonments and on-site searchIdentify customer journey improvementsTo be considered for this role, you must:Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally 2-3 yearsHave strong working knowledge of GA4Possess good working knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, vlookups and SUMIFsBe data driven and have the ability to analyse and manipulate large volumes of dataBe able to work in a fast-paced environmentAs an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff.Forward Role is operating as an employment agency.
