Graphic designer / Luxury Property /
The Brochury is seeking a highly skilled and experienced designer to join our team and contribute to our business growth. As a key player, you will collaborate closely with our dedicated team across various disciplines, including branding, print, web design, photography, and video editing.
Your primary focus will be on catering to the best estate agents and developers in the prime residential property market of Central London. Therefore, we require a minimum of three years of proven experience within the property sector or with luxury brands. Please note that applications without this experience will not be considered.
Your portfolio should showcase your exceptional skills in floorplan styling, proofreading, typography, and your ability to effortlessly handle various regulations and corporate guidelines. Experience in web design, film editing, or a willingness to learn will be highly valued bonus.

You will also need to be friendly, selfless, collaborative and happy to help in everyday tasks such as small corrections and keeping the studio tidy.
Requirements
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (ID, PS, AI, BR, DW, PR, AE, ME, XD)
- Outstanding typographic skills
- Meticulous attention to detail to handle technical drawings
- Fluent spoken and written English and strong proof-reading skills, if you don\’t know what a compound adjective is, don\’t bother applying
- Ability to adhere to strict design guidelines of large corporate clients
- Precise time and digital assets management skills
- Digital design skills, including an understanding of UX/UI, responsive email and web design
- Advanced knowledge of WordPress
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Down to earth (no egos need apply)
- Complementary skills are welcome (photography, videography, video editing, animation, 3D modelling)
Location
This is a Leeds-based role. Initially, you’ll work in a shared office in Leeds, but the role will gradually transition to a hybrid model. During the induction period, you mat be invited to work in our main office in London.
