The successful candidate will have experience in the agricultural, commercial vehicle, or construction industry, ensuring that machinery is serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards., * Service and maintain machinery to manufacturer specifications to ensure reliability and safety.

Diagnose and rectify electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and other mechanical faults.

Operate diagnostic software via a laptop when required (training provided).

Identify and report machine defects, promoting additional company services where possible.

Complete detailed reports on completed work, including photographs and accurate documentation.

Previous experience working with agricultural, commercial vehicles, or construction machinery is essential.

Ideally, hold a relevant qualification in Land-Based Engineering or a similar field.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems.

Ability to interact with customers professionally, build strong relationships, and provide excellent service.

Good communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and management.

Full UK driving licence with the ability to operate machinery on-site for testing.
Working Hours & Overtime

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

1-hour unpaid lunch break per day

Monday – Saturday: Time and a half

Sunday: Double time

Bank Holidays: Double time + day in lieu
