The successful candidate will have experience in the agricultural, commercial vehicle, or construction industry, ensuring that machinery is serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards., * Service and maintain machinery to manufacturer specifications to ensure reliability and safety.

  • Diagnose and rectify electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and other mechanical faults.

  • Operate diagnostic software via a laptop when required (training provided).

  • Identify and report machine defects, promoting additional company services where possible.

  • Complete detailed reports on completed work, including photographs and accurate documentation.

  • Previous experience working with agricultural, commercial vehicles, or construction machinery is essential.

  • Ideally, hold a relevant qualification in Land-Based Engineering or a similar field.

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems.

  • Ability to interact with customers professionally, build strong relationships, and provide excellent service.

  • Good communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and management.

  • Full UK driving licence with the ability to operate machinery on-site for testing.

Working Hours & Overtime

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day

  • Overtime available:

  • Monday – Saturday: Time and a half

  • Sunday: Double time

  • Bank Holidays: Double time + day in lieu

  • Weekend work is required during peak harvest season, * 24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

  • Company Pension: 3% employee contribution, 7% employer contribution

  • Life Assurance, including the dependent’s pension

  • A dedicated Service Van

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
