Our client is seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel to join their expanding team. This role offers the chance to create and shape your own career while working on a variety of commercial contracts, financial services regulatory projects, and general commercial legal matters.
You will be an integral part of the team, engaging in strategic high-level issues and building strong relationships with business units. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diverse tasks and is eager to progress within a supportive environment, with the potential to quickly move into a senior role.
Our client is looking for a candidate with around 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a background in commercial contracts, corporate law, or financial services regulation. Experience working with fintechs, banks or similar financial services companies is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be prepared to handle a wide range of legal areas, not always in their comfort zone, and must possess a proactive, \’can-do\’ attitude. Cultural fit and a willingness to take on new challenges are more important than specific experience.
