Job Description – Project Manager, Music (UK)
Benchmob offers digital strategy and content creation to some of the best artists in music, as well as some of the most well known brands on the internet. Our team engages millions of fans across the globe every day, and many of the processes and ideas we come up with set an industry standard and create earned media moments. Clients include Atlantic Records, Parlophone, Island Records, and more.
We are looking for a London-based Project Manager who lives and breathes music and has great taste across art, culture, and media. Join our dedicated teams in producing some of the best content, rollouts and campaigns the internet has to offer.
This role will be a contracted position and will be paid dependent on the number of clients. It also may require attendance to IRL content shoots and meetings with the Account/Creative teams, shooters, and the CEO.

What You’ll Do
- Overall, you’ll be driving successful digital and content strategy for your clients across music and video releases, tours, events, merch and more
- You’re going to be contributing ideas for day-to-day creation of social media content, often engaging in and actively participating in team meetings, brainstorms and client calls/meetings.
- You are a point person for Benchmob in the UK; not only an educational resource for clients but an excellent team member, interfacing and working directly with Creatives and the Account Teams, as well as being a professional face.
- You’ll spend a lot of time on social media. Research and understanding of all socials and what content works best, specifically TikTok & Reels, is what sets us apart from other agencies.
- You will be on the ground working with clients at content shoots, working alongside content creators to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- You’ll report directly to our Head of Music (Jonah), but you will also work in tandem with the UK and US Account Teams across select clients, building daily handovers and action lists with them.
- You will also serve as a marketing / creative consultant for select clients, working directly with artists’ teams. Communication with the labels and management teams daily is required, as well as handling all artist needs while the US team is offline.

- Has roots in the UK, with knowledge of local culture, language/slang, and community
