We’re on the hunt for a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner who’s ready to build strong relationships, drive meaningful change, and deliver HR excellence across our vibrant clients Basingstoke and Clapham sites. What’s in it for you? A Strategic Role: Be a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with company goals and enabling a high-performance culture. Dynamic Work Locations: You will be the on the ground support for our clients Basingstoke site (3 days per week) and venturing to Clapham HQ 1 day per week. Full Employee Lifecycle Ownership: Take the lead on employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. Exciting Projects: Play a pivotal role in implementing a new HR and payroll system and contribute to our commitment to Investors In People (IIP) accreditation.
