As the Engineering Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by leading a team of engineers, maintaining equipment, and upholding the highest safety and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day planning – Organizing workloads, allocating tasks, and ensuring smooth shift operations Engineering leadership – Supporting and developing your team across electrical and mechanical disciplines Reactive & planned maintenance – Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns while keeping downtime to a minimum Continuous improvement – Driving efficiency, reliability, and process enhancements Compliance & safety – Ensuring adherence to site standards, risk assessments, and permit to work procedures Collaboration – Working closely with other departments to support site performance About You: Strong background in electrical & mechanical engineering Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role Knowledge of engineering & site standards Experienced in risk assessments & permit to work systems Passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (Days & Nights) Why Join Us?
