National Express are recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join our team, based in Worthing.
What you'll do:
- Supervise, manage and engage with the driving staff. This will include welcoming them, advising of any urgent information, checking their fitness to commence work.
- Proactively monitor the on time delivery of all our services, using dedicated software and resources.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with customers, both internal and external.
- Monitor, when required, the quality of service delivery and ensure that appropriate action is taken to rectify any issues.
- Report any hazard, faulty equipment or health and safety concern to your Line Manager and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Attend and cooperate in any investigation following an incident.
- Infringement management.
- Light engineering duties.
What you'll need:
- A Valid UK PCV license.
- Previous management/team leader experience.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
