This is a senior-level opportunity, ideally suited to professionals with a strong background in mechanical and electrical estimating or quantity surveying, looking to take the next step in their commercial career. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of MEP packages across a diverse portfolio of projects. This includes leading cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with NEC and JCT contract frameworks. Key responsibilities include: Leading commercial strategy and implementation across MEP works Managing cost control, forecasting, and cash flow Preparing and negotiating compensation events and claims Supporting risk management and value engineering initiatives Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners This role requires a commercially astute individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple projects.
