They have a great potential to explore other core markets – but also have plans to diversify into adjacent areas, for example Cyber and IoT. As a business they are fully committed to innovation and are continually looking for new and innovative ways to deliver our training solutions.

They are seeking a passionate and experienced Apprenticeships Manager to lead their dynamic team. You will support the Head of Apprenticeships in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced education professional with 5+ years in apprenticeship delivery, strong knowledge of ESFA and OFSTED regulations, a proven track record in team management and learner performance, tech-savvy with LMS/CRM experience, committed to safeguarding, and willing to travel nationally.

The role:

*Oversee the Apprenticeship Department, managing a team of Learner Engagement Officers including appraisals, performance management and KPI’s*Ensure our learners achieve timely completions, contributing to our commitment to excellence.*Analyse performance data, implement strategies for improvement, and lead your team to success.*Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to meet ESFA and OFSTED requirements.*Support staff development through training and regular feedback, fostering a culture of growth.

The person:

*You have 5+ years of experience in educational settings, particularly in apprenticeship delivery.*You possess a comprehensive understanding of ESFA and OFSTED regulations.*You have a proven track record of managing teams, achieving learner targets, and enhancing performance.*You’re tech-savvy with experience in LMS/CRM systems, and you prioritize safeguarding in all aspects of your work.*You are willing to travel nationally to support our centres and engage with learners.
