Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting high-volume screening and telephone interviews
• Writing and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Proactively seeking and developing new business opportunities
• Generating leads through cold calling, networking events, and social media outreach
• Sourcing candidates via online tools, job boards, and internal databases
• Negotiating contractor pay rates and permanent salaries
• Managing consultant aftercare and maintaining contractor relationships
• Building a solid understanding of the energy industry and key technical disciplines
• Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within oil & gas, energy, engineering, commercial or similar
• Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in business development and delivery
