What an epic role this is to work for a really up and coming boutique firm in Bolton.
It’s fun, young, modern, and featuring in some of the most recognised Mortgage events across the UK….. Giving them opportunity and a stamp on the industry.
Now looking for a Mortgage Administrator to support three Advisors with all administration, this is a role you’ll have exposure from beginning to end, responsible for fact finding, document management, bank statements and completing agreements in principle.
It’s fast paced, they have approximately 5,000 clients and growing, so they’re busy, no clock watching or waiting for a new case to come through, at one time you’ll be working on 10 cases. Therefore, this needs someone who can handle fast pace, can work to deadlines and is a bit of a grafter!
Once a case has been completed you get bonus, on average you’ll receive an extra £500 per month bonus – just for doing your job! Other benefits include 3 days in the office, 2 days at home per week, 38 hour working week but YOU choose your hours – work what fits your life style.
Experience wise, they’re looking for someone with exposure to the full mortgage process – whether you’ve been a broker/ advisor or administrator and looking to remain in that field but perhaps work somewhere you’re valued and will have a career for life.
Progression on offer, if you want to become an Advisor in the future, fine, if you want to remain in Admin but build a team around you, also fine. You’ll get the career you want here.
