Key responsibilities will include
- Manage & implement quality control systems, with the Head of Quality to ensure continuous service aligned with established standards, customer specifications, and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the clinic’s operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Coordinate with department heads and management to integrate quality management systems into departmental operations.
- Conduct and oversee internal audits and prepare for external audits to ensure continuous compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- To assist with preparations for all ISO (International Standard Organisation) and HFEA (Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority) inspections for all sites.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system, processes, and services.
- Manage corrective actions and quality initiatives, tracking progress and reporting to senior management.
- Liaise with suppliers and third-party service providers to ensure that their products meet the clinic's quality standards.
- Create and maintain SOPS in conjunction with departmental heads and Head of Quality.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, and quality reports with the Head of Quality.
- Address customer complaints related to quality, implementing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Keeping updated with the latest regulation (HFEA) and other guidelines.
- Perform and train others in QA audits.
- Review third party agreements regularly and ensure their effectiveness.
- To assist with document review of all JDH (JD Healthcare) documents.
- Maintenance of strict confidentiality of patient and business-related data.
- Provide training and support as needed to all staff.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management or assurance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- An ability to grade audit/report findings appropriately and manage workflow
- Good understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Proficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare and fertility clinic operations is a plus.
